This site is a pricing database, not a source of medical advice. Price observations — what a provider charges, what a plan includes, how it bills — are facts verified by editors against the provider's own pages and need no clinical judgment.

The small number of clinical statements the site relies on (the labeled titration schedule used in the 12-month model; the regulatory status of compounded drugs) cite primary sources: FDA labeling and FDA communications. Compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide are not FDA-approved finished drug products and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality; every page footer states this.

Named review: pending. Our standard for any page that goes beyond pricing into clinical territory is review by a licensed clinician named on a reviewer page with credential, license state and number, review scope and dates. No reviewer is named yet, so no page claims medical review, and the structured data carries no reviewer. When one is retained, the reviewer page, the bylines and the schema will be updated on the same day and the change logged.
